The apartment is large and modern and is a perfect place for you to stay. It has a homely feel, is clean and is fully equipped to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Boasting 2 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the apartment is very spacious. There is a modern kitchen which is seperate to the large living/dining area. The apartment is 5 yards from the lift which means that it is easy to access on the 1st floor. On the ground floor there is easy access to the stunning communal pool which is fully equipped with sunbeds, changing rooms and a toilet. The apartment comes with a secured underground parking space at no extra charge.
We love travelling and regularly stay in our apartment to enjoy the amazing sunny climate and the local area. Hiring a car is great when stopping in our apartment as you can easily drive to Malaga, Marbella, Puerta Banus, Rhonda or Gibraltar to name a few!
Located just off the A-7 Coastal road this beautiful large homely apartment is perfect for short and long stays. La Duquesa Marina is just a 4 minute walk and has a host of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. The beach is located either side of the Marina. The apartment has no hills so there is no need to worry about your walk back from the marina or beach.
