You enter the apartment via a cozy terrace. The living room with open kitchen welcomes you in a family atmosphere. An Android - Smart TV and electric fireplace complete the picture. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. The freshly renovated bathroom offers pleasant comfort. Both bedrooms each have a French double bed. Two built-in closets per room offer enough storage space. A baby bed can be booked on request. The patio offers additional space. The glass roof can be opened if necessary. The complex itself is located in the first sea line. The port is also within walking distance. Here you will find not only restaurants and bars, but also shops for everyday needs and a beauty salon. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet. Optionally, you can book a parking space in the underground car park.
