Property info

Semi-detached house (200 m2) with two floors and in each of them there is a complete apartment with two double bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the living room. Therefore total capacity of the whole house is 12 people. LAS GAVIOTAS is very well located in the town of Tarifa, five minutes walk from the beach or one minute by car. Easy parking at the door. And just three minutes walk from the old town and two minutes walk to shops, restaurants, etc. of the main Shopping Street “Batalla del Salado”. Las Gaviotas has two parking spaces, one for each apartment, placed at just 50m from the house, from June until September.
