The house is independent, and it has been recently built (2020). It is also wide, peaceful and modern. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a big living room, a laundry, a game room (pool, ping-pong and bullseye), a swimming pool, a wide terrace, a barbecue and a guaranteed car park. This house offers several services like air conditioner, calefaction, WiFi, international TV channels, safe, security alarm, fire detector... It is located in a quiet and residential area in Torrox Park (Torrox Costa), a wonderful village of Costa del Sol. It is 1Km far from the beach and 10 minutes from other villages like Nerja, Frigiliana, Torre del Mar... Moreover, in 15 minutes you can also visit other neighboring villages of Costa Tropical in Granada, like La Herradura, Almuñécar, Salobreña...

The vacation property “Las Tres J” is situated in a privileged location, at the foot of Sierra Almijara and on the seashore of the Medierranean Sea, in front of the beaches of Ferrara and El Peñoncillo. It faces the sea, where you can enjoy sunny days and beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

A few meters away, you can find the “Carmen” supermarket, “El Pino” minimarket, “Los Amigos” bar and “La Roima” restaurant. 1Km from the house it is the huge supermarket called “Lidl”, and 1,2 Km away it is Torrox Costa, where you can find the rest of the services you can ask for. There you will also be able to enjoy its promenade, lighthouse and Roman ruins. 10 minutes from Torrox Costa it is Nerja, where you can enjoy its tapa’s route and where it is the called “Europe’s Balcony”, its prehistoric caves, the Maro’s cliffs and its most famous beach: Burriana. More to the north you can visit Frigiliana, which is considered most lovely village of Andalucía. Finally, we wait for you in “Las Tres J”, where you will surely find a cozy stay which will make you enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
