After almost 10 years of experience and with a great desire to move forward, we created our own comprehensive vacation accommodation management company and so put our experience and enthusiasm at the service of guests who wish to stay in our apartments, our fundamental objective being full satisfaction. of the guest. Smart Lock Access to the apartment is through the Staymyway App. Guests must download this app. Before arrival, you will need to register your ID in the Staymyway App, providing photos of your ID and a selfie. You will also need to sign the rental agreement and the traveler's information for each guest. All this information is necessary to complete the Traveler's Entry Form, following the requirements of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior regarding the identification and registration of users of certain tourist establishments and those who rent vehicles with or without a driver. For the prevention and investigation of terrorism, Regional Decree 31/2024 of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of the Regional Government of Andalusia requires that guests be given a document in the form of a contract with the details related to their reservation. This document is the contract that must be signed by both parties. The location is perfect, in the historic center, but also can go walking to the beach. It is between the cathedral and the Plaza de las Flores, near City Hall have, the Roman Theatre, Casa Iberoamericana, the center flamenco and flamenco clubs La Merced. Area with great gastronomic and cultural offer. Perfect for walking the streets of a city with much history. In the historic center it is best to leave the car parked and visit the city walking. So if you come by car we recommend the parking Field South, about 300 m. the apartment. If you come by bus or train you will go down in Seville Square about 700 m. the apartment.
