Loft apartment of 100 m2 in the historic center of the city of Cádiz, a few meters from the Plaza de San Antonio where there is a public parking and the Oratory of San Felipe Neri, one of the most important monuments of the city ​​where it was signed the first Spanish Constitution. The apartment has a large bedroom, a bathroom with jacuzzil bath, dressing room and study and work area, a large living room and a kitchen, with the peculiarity that you can have dinner under a typical overburden. The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical merchant´s house of the eighteenth century of Cadiz, The house has air conditioning and heating, induction cooker, refrigerator, freezer, washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi. Its facilities are fully restored and has modern decoration, and is fully expecting an impressive outdoor daylight.

Neighborhood info

The building has a great location, a few meters from the Ancha Street one of the main shopping area of Cadiz in the historic center around being able to walk to all the sights and attractions of the city, a few meters from Gran Teatro Falla, and near the Caleta beach. The parking of San Antonio is the nearest car park just 150 meters, but there are other parkings in the area, taxi and bus stop to move easily around the city. The center of Cadiz is full of small shops, bars and restaurants where you can spend your evenings in the city. Staying in our apartment is the best of modern comfort immersed in Cadiz the eighteenth century, is a wonderful way to explore the history of the three thousand year old city of Cadiz.
