Bright and modern new construction house with amazing direct views to the bay of Port de la Selva, with one of the largest private pools in the town. - You can enjoy an infinity pool of >65m2 divided into 2 areas: 1 where the water reaches the ankle (ideal for small children or babies) and another 1.7m deep, joined by a little waterfall. - You will find yourself <80 meters from Taita beach or the start of the coastal path and <450m from the main fine sand beach of Port de la Selva with all its main restaurants and shops. - All bedrooms have direct views to the sea and Port de la Selva. The views are incredible during the day, however, you will be speechless and impressed at night contemplanting the illuminated town, especially from the main suite on the top floor, where you will have dreaming 180º views. You will feel a unique enveloping effect. - You will have access to >500m2 of private garden practically on a flat surface --> accessibility and mobility is very easy and effortless. NO slopes. - You will have available cradle and high chair for babies.
