Apartment completely renovated to new, with all new appliances. TV, coffee maker, sandwich maker, juicer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven all new. The apartment has a unique location just 1 minute from the Cervantes Theater, 2 minutes from Plaza de la Merced, and 3 minutes walk from downtown. Ideal for couples looking for tranquility and comfort in a new apartment, with the best quality in the center of Malaga.
I like that people come and visit a unique city like Malaga. Where you have everything at your fingertips, both on foot and by car. I always value the location of a flat when staying in any city, like the neighborhood, therefore I know that this flat is going to be unique for anyone who comes, I am very demanding with details and you will see that they are going to spend a unique stay.
In the heart of Malaga, located in a quiet street, without the noise of nightclubs' bars that can be found. 1 minute from a supermarket, to make the stay more comfortable. Safe neighborhood, with the police station 1 block from it.
