Spectacular 110m2 apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, fully furnished kitchen, large living room and laundry room in an exceptional location such as the center of Malaga.  A flat completely renovated and equipped so that spending a few days in Malaga becomes a real luxury, and rest in a real pleasure, since it is located on a third floor, very sunny, with unobstructed views, and completely soundproofed.
Malagueño adopted, passionate about the sun, travel, and this wonderful land that is Malaga, in which everyone is welcome, and invited to enjoy its wonderful climate and its people.
The location is unbeatable since it is in the center of Malaga, in an area where it will not cost you to park your car, with all the shops, bars and restaurants at the door of the house, and six minutes walk from the historic center of Malaga.
