Located just 50 meters from the beach in Manilva next to La Duquesa, our penthouse offers peace and comfort, ideal for both a relaxing and active holiday. Enjoy the panoramic views from the rooftop terrace and wake up every day to a beautiful sunrise over the Mediterranean Sea in Manilva and right next to La Duquesa. This newly renovated penthouse is the perfect base for your vacation, with a central location: 8 minutes from Estepona, 25 minutes from Marbella, 50 minutes from Malaga airport, and 20 minutes from Gibraltar. A pleasant 2-bedroom penthouse in very good condition, located in Manilva within the 'Aldea Beach Urbanisation,' in a quiet area just a stone’s throw from the beach. Spacious and bright apartment with a large sunny rooftop terrace. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible via a lift, and there is a parking space available. The house consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and sea views, and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also the option of a 5th sleeping place on the sofa bed in the living room. A hairdryer and towels are provided. Modern living room with a seating area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can enjoy sea views, and there is a small terrace available. Through the first terrace, you can access the large rooftop terrace where you can relax in various spots.
Welcome to our beautiful home on the Costa del Sol in Manilva next to Puerto de la Duquesa. We are Jan and Larissa, a young and enthusiastic couple with a young child. It has always been our dream to have a holiday home in Spain on the Costa del Sol and share it with others, so that they too can enjoy a relaxing and peaceful sun and beach holiday.
The penthouse is located on the beach (Aldea Beach) in Manilva, with several beach bars just within 100 meters. You can also quickly reach Puerto de la Duquesa, Estepona, and Casares. Other cities like Gibraltar and Marbella are within a 30-minute drive. The Atlantic Ocean is also easily accessible; in less than an hour, you can reach Tarifa, where you can surf and kite. In addition to its beautiful beaches and wonderful sunshine, the Costa del Sol is also famous for its many golf courses. There are several golf courses nearby the hous
