Beautiful modern penthouse in a quite area of Malaga, with spectacular views. It has a private elevator, living room with direct access to the terrace and solarium, fully equipped open kitchen with dinner-bar, one bedroom and one bathroom. The penthouse is at 10 minutes walking distance to the beach and the historical center, the famous Plaza de la Merced, Picasso's birthplace, the Alcazaba etc. Enjoying the vibrant life of Malaga while staying in a calm area.

Malaga is a wonderful city with its perfect climate, combining antiquities from a historical past ( Gibralfaro, Alcazaba, Roman Theater ...) with modernisme ( El Cube, G.Pomidou, el Meulle,.); worth a trip for young and older people.

The penthouse lies in La Victoria, a authentic Spanish area with all commodities nearby and only 10 minutes walk from the vibrant city center. Due to some recently started building works in the neighbourhood we regret that we cannot guarantee the usual silence between 8 am and 6 pm from monday to friday untill mid 2022.
