The apartment is framed by over six metres of floor to ceiling glass curtains, giving spectacular views of the coastline - ideal for watching the sunset. Within the kitchen you'll find an oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, and all the essentials. In the living & dining area there's a three seater sofa (which doubles as a sofa bed), a 65 inch smart TV, and a dining table which seats 5. The property has two bedrooms, both with individual air conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has some of the best views you'll find on the Costa del Sol, which the beach below and the coastline stretching for miles. You'll fall asleep to the sound of the waves breaking below! There is a also a fully equipped bathroom with "his & her" sinks and a large walk in shower. There's also a separate walk in closet with ample clothes storage. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of "Perla Playa", which is one of the only buildings in this part of Spain built directly on the beach. It's built into a cliff, with street level on the seventh floor and access to the beach on the ground floor. The beach is in a small cove and the only easy access is through the apartment building itself. Private beaches don't exist in Spain, but this comes pretty close!

The apartment is located on a quiet and secluded beach in Torremuelle. You'll find a small supermarket and restaurants just 3 minutes away by car or 10 minutes on foot. There is free parking in front of the apartment building, which is on a first-come-first-served basis. If there are no spaces, there is ample free parking alongside the main road. A 10 minute drive away are the towns of Fuengirola, Benalmádena Costa, and Benalmádena Pueblo. Fuengirola is one of the biggest urban centres on the Costa del Sol and has hundreds of bars and restaurants as well as a vibrant nightlife. Benalmádena Costa has an award winning marina (voted best in the world!) with boutique shops and plenty of places for eating and drinking, as well as one of the best aquariums in the region. Benalmádena Pueblo is a traditional whitewashed Spanish town sitting up in the hills above, with spectacular views of the coastline. The largest Buddhist Stupa in Europe, and the "Mariposario" (the butterfly park) are both found here. Further afield a 15 minute drive takes you to Mijas Pueblo, and within 30 minutes you'll be in Marbella!
