Renovated apartment right by the beach. Perfect for a warm and sunny holiday with all at walking distance. Quiet street right by the beach, a 5 minute walk from the port of La Duquesa filled with bars and restaurants and vibrant nightlife and right by the Spanish fishing village of Sabinillas with shops, supermarket, pharmacy and weekly market. Stylish, very well kept appartement with lots of natural light and attention to detail complying with European regulations and Andalusian rental accommodation safety and quality standards, official Rental Register Number NRA
