Living in Malaga and love purchasing antique properties and completely renovating them to keep their original qualities but todays modern standards. This apartment has just finished a complete renovation that was completed at the end of January 2023 making everything absolutely brand new. I believe in doing whatever I possibly can to make a guest feel like they are in their own home.

200 year old, large 138 m2, newly renovated designer luxury apartment is a one of a kind with original stone tiles, wooden beamed ceilings and brick walls, art, new furniture and beds, fully equipped kitchen plus 2 x very modern bathrooms. This is a vintage historical building with no elevator where Puerta Roja is on the first floor with a wide staircase. Amenities provided fiber optic internet, 55" Smart TV, air conditioning & heater, dishwasher, French press and De Longhi coffee machine with coffee choices plus wide selection of teas. A bottle of red & white wine along with a fruit bowl and chocolates await you.

In the very heart of Malaga, 1 block from the main concert hall, Teatro Cervantes, 2 blocks from Picasso’s Plaza de la Merced to the nightlife capital of Malaga, Plaza Uncibay.
