The flat is only 15 minutes away from the Malaga airport and has excellent high-tech air conditioning, very high quality furniture, two new bathrooms. The fantastic terrace (almost 100m2 !) offers you comfort, amazing views, privacy.
Free secured underground parking is available free of charge and an elevator is in the building.
Together with my family I love the sun and the sea and would be thrilled to welcome you to Costa del Sol! The flat is only 15 minutes away from the Malaga airport in the exquisite "Reserva del Higueron", between Benalmadena and Fuengirola, a new and a secured area around the Hilton Higueron Hotel and the Sport Club. Flat itself is luxurious but incredibly comfortable, furnished in a modern Scandinavian style. This apartment has all facilities, with excellent high-tech air conditioning, very high quality furniture, two new bathrooms and a perfectly equipped kitchen. Moroever you have the fastest internet connection, 2 smart TV-sets, a washing machine and dryer, modern and well equiped lounge furniture for the terrace, including even a hammock. The fantastic terrace (almost 100m2 !) offers you comfort, amazing views, privacy: on one side a breathtaking view towards the sea and, on the other side, a quiet perspective to a hill populated with palms.
Guests can enjoy quiet evenings at the huge teak table enjoying the lights of Fuengirola harbour. Down the hill you can walk to the beach or use the little train. For up-the hill and to better explore the surroundings we advice renting a car.
Bedroom 1 has one king size bed.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 has one extensible sofa, a very nice place to read a book.
Restaurants are in 5 min walk distances well as delicious Chiringuitos on the beach in 500 m. For groceries shoppings you can find plenty of places in a 5-10 min drive.
In the secured underground garage there is space for two vehicles, free of charge.
Pets are not allowed. An elevator is available in the building.
Bedlinen and (beach) towels are included in the price.
