Luxurious, newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Sotogrande Marina, Spain. Enjoy 2 balconies with breathtaking views of the Harbor, Ocean and town. 24 hours security and walking distance to the beach & unlimited activities for everyone in the area, including Tennis, Padel, Polo, Horseback riding and several world-class golf courses. Morning coffee or breakfast, lunch, dinner, just around the corner. Fully equipped kitchen, including Nespresso machine. Free public parking space around the apartment. Private covered parking slot in a garage, 1 minute walk from the apartment. Access to the closed cage in the garage, to store golf equipment available on request. Situated in the Puerto Deportivo with banks and restaurants around, the address is: Puerto Deportivo, Av. De la Marina - Plaza Maestro Escobar 11310 Sotogrande, Cadiz, Spain.
As previous elite sportsman, I enjoy all sport facilities and the manies cultural excursion possibilities. The weather is great and Sotogrande is ideal for all ages. On request, I can help you to organize some golf package with professional golfers, or help you to get some Tee-Time in famous golf course. Sivia, your co-host, will coordinate (in Spanish, English, German, French or Italian) your arrival and check-in/out and will be reachable during your stay at Soto Blues apartment, to try to make you feel at home and enjoy a delightful and memorable great experience. Free late check-out, if requested, if often possible, but depends on availability.
