Property info

The SurfersResidence is a mixture of surfer and kiter residence with a andalusian moorish flair makes everybody feel like home. The house consists of a shop and three apartments on the ground floor; one big living quarter with five double bedrooms and a common living room on the first floor; and on the second floor you can find a common kitchen and an enormous rooftop terrace. For the cold months in winter we installed a under floor heating in the entire house and to not die of heat in the summer you can turn on the air condition. We use renewable energy and follow an eco-friendly concept. Thanks to the new sound and thermo proof windows we won’t have a problem neither with noise nor with cold.
