This comfortable and stylishly decorated villa accommodates up to 8 guests. The interiors combine modern design with Andalusian accents. Three out of four bedrooms offer breathtaking views of the sea. The villa features two bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with a private bathroom and a private balcony. The remaining two bedrooms each have two single beds and share a modern bathroom. The main living area is located on the middle floor and includes a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sunny terrace. Large sliding doors from the living room open onto the terrace, which features a private pool and a dining area. The villa offers 300/300 Mbit fibre optic internet, air conditioning with cooling and heating functions in every room, and ceiling fans to ensure a pleasant airflow on hot days. Guests also have access to a private recreational area reserved for residents, which includes two large communal swimming pools, a football pitch, as well as tennis and padel courts. The villa is equipped with sports gear for guest use. Additional charges: heating pool - 20 euro/day Jacuzzi - 15 euro/day
