Welcome to our cozy and well-equipped apartment, ideally located in the very heart of Amboise! As you arrive, you'll find a small private garage – perfect for safely storing bicycles or a motorbike. Please note that it is not accessible for cars or larger vehicles. On the ground floor, you'll have access to a laundry area complete with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron – everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, to your right, you'll find a separate toilet. On your left is a bright and welcoming bedroom with a double bed and a small TV for relaxing evenings. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a cozy living area, featuring a sofa, a TV, a dining table, and chairs. This is the perfect base for exploring Amboise, whether you're discovering its charming streets, visiting the Château Royal and Clos Lucé, or strolling along the Loire River.

Quiet neighborhood and close to Rue Nationale with its many shops and restaurants. The cinema is a 5-minute walk from the rental. You can discover Amboise's rich heritage on foot ( from Clos Lucé, Château Royal and Château Gaillard). Being in Amboise, you'll be ideally situated for exploring the chateaux of the Loire Valley or discovering the Beauval zoo (45 min).
