Full of charm, the Azur Cancale holiday home captivates with its private (unheated) swimming pool and its ideal location just minutes from the beaches and the port of Cancale The perfect address for a family or friends’ getaway on the magnificent Emerald Coast Designed to accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children (under 12 years old), Azur Cancale charms guests with its warm and functional spaces. On the ground floor, you will discover a pleasant living area featuring a comfortable lounge equipped with a pellet stove (available from October to late March), perfect for off-season stays, as well as a dining area that can seat up to 8 guests around the table. The open-plan kitchen is practical and fully equipped. Upstairs in the main house (steep staircase), two beautiful double bedrooms—one with a Queen-size bed (160x200), the other with a double bed (140x190) offer bright and restful spaces. A third “cabin” bedroom is fitted with bunk beds (70 x 160 cm) exclusively suitable for children under 12 years old (linen not included in the price, contact us). These 3 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and integrated toilet. The property is complemented by an outbuilding of approximately 20 m², a real asset for preserving everyone’s privacy. It features a double bed (140X190) as well as its own bathroom with WC, ideal for a couple or guests seeking greater independence. Outside, you will enjoy a lovely south-facing terrace furnished with outdoor furniture to share meals and relaxing moments in complete tranquility. The real highlight of Azur Cancale: its unheated swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days and fully enjoying holidays in Brittany. Your rental is located on a quiet street, near the famous Port de la Houle, known for its oysters. Cancale has several beautiful beaches: Port Mer Beach, which is very popular with families. It is a small beach that is well protected from the waves and therefore very safe for young children. Verger Beach, a beautiful sandy beach. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the GR34 trail, which offers breathtaking views. Pointe du Grouin, the starting point of the Route du Rhum, located to the north of the town, connects the two coastlines: one facing the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, the other heading towards Saint-Malo and its Emerald Coast, dotted with magnificent sandy beaches. Cancale is also an ideal base for visiting the entire region: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Mont-Saint-Michel and its bay (Le Mont-Dol, Dol-de-Bretagne, etc.).
