House located in Cherrueix, in the heart of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Completely renovated since January 2020, the beachfront house overlooks a garden allowing direct access to the beach and a green way for walks or bike rides towards Mont-Saint-Michel or Cancale. The accommodation includes two bedrooms with new bedding: one on the ground floor, one upstairs with sea views. A large kitchen opens onto a private wooden terrace and a large shared garden of 250m2 with a cottage located within the same property. Lounge with TV and convertible sofa. Free Wi-Fi.
Welcome to Cherrueix, I am happy to welcome you to our residence Chez Maria. We renovated the house of our Grandparents, former coffee-grocery in the Hold of the Han where fishermen came to eat. It is a peaceful place, suitable for families. A starting point to discover the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. Cherrueix is located between Saint-Malo and Mont-Saint-Michel. 20 minutes from here you can swim in beautiful coves between Cancale and Saint-Malo. Cherrueix is an ideal starting point for fishing on foot and tasting its mussels.
You are 25 km from Mont Saint Michel, 28 km from Saint-Malo, 21 km from Cancale, 40km from Dinan. Dinard Airport 40 km away. Near Rennes and its LGV station 1 hour 25 from Paris. Nearest train station from Cherrueix, 10 km to Dol-de-Bretagne. It is also possible to come by train via Saint-Malo.
