## The space On the ground floor of a large house converted into several apartments, you enter a well-appointed room. It is divided as follows: a lounge area with sofa, coffee table and television; a functional kitchen with oven, microwave, hotplates, toaster, coffee machine (with filter), refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchen essentials only for the 1st night (1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwashing tablet and a kitchen towel) will be at your disposal, except for kitchen groceries (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) which will not be provided. You will also have a dining table from which you can see the Île d'Or on the Loire. The separate bedroom has a double bed and a dressing room, practical for putting down your suitcases for a few days. Household linen (Sheets, a bath towel for each person, a bath mat) is provided. You access the bathroom through the main living area. A washing machine is at your disposal. You will also have a bathroom kit for the 1st night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper. The plus: a common area with a sauna and a spacious shower to relax after a day of sightseeing! You will have a free and unlimited Wi-Fi connection. ## Guest access Arrive is when you want from 4 p.m. (without the possibility of early arrival) until midnight. Departure is no later than 10 a.m. (no possibility of late departure). The entrance to the house is AUTONOMOUS using a key box. Free parking spaces are located in front of the building, and a common room allows you to put your bikes in the shelter. ## Other things to note Shared lockable bike shed. No smoking. ## The neighborhood Its ideal location on the banks of the Loire River, 800m from the Royal Castle of Amboise, promises pleasant walks and discoveries. Le Clos Lucé, the last residence of Leonardo da Vinci, is a 10-minute walk away.` Other famous castles such as Chenonceau, Chaumont, Cheverny or Chambord, are only a few dozen kilometers away. The ZooParc de Beauval is 40 minutes away. During the nice days, take advantage of what the Loire has to offer: canoe/kayak, bicycle, or walking tours; observation of terns and window swallows... The center of Amboise is 8 minutes away on foot. There is a delicatessen, a Carrefour City, several bakeries, restaurants, cafés, creperies, pharmacies, clothing and decoration stores as well as a cinema and a bookstore. ## Getting around The Amboise train station, a 20-minute walk or a 6-minute drive away, provides connections to Tours, Blois, Orleans and Paris.
