Come and discover your self-contained accommodation, ideally located on the heights of Cancale, between Port-Briac, les Rimains and the town centre on foot in less than 10 minutes, and 300m from the GR34. With almost 60 m2 of living space on 2 levels, two bedrooms that can be adapted to suit your needs (a queen-size bed on the ground floor and 2 or 3 beds on the mezzanine), a large (very) fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely shower room with Italian-style shower, an office for working on TV in peace and quiet if you need to, and a socket for recharging your electric vehicle, come and discover our Cancale ‘nest’, Ker Neizh. With your own private terrace, garden and access to the vegetable patch (whether you want to enjoy the vegetables and herbs, or come and help us with the work!), we're dedicated to providing you with a quality environment and plenty of space. Our own house is just next door, linked by a veranda that connects the two buildings. It will allow us to share long discussions or a table d'hôtes dinner if you wish. We can also provide a master suite in our house if required. You can park up to 2 cars in our grounds, and even recharge your electric vehicle with complete peace of mind. We recommend that you make use of our knowledge of local activities and addresses to help you make the most of your stay: plan your visits, book the best excursions, secure the best seats in the restaurants we love and which we hope will delight your taste buds! Hello ! We've made our dream come true in Cancale, and want to share it with you. We've created a cottage, separated from our house by a large veranda, to welcome you in the best possible conditions. So you're at home, independent, but with us. At home with us, and at home with YOU! We want you to discover our favourite places around Cancale, the creeks, the beaches, but also the towns and villages, the local craftsmen and artists, the specialities, the associations... We like to welcome you as friends, and share good times if you wish: it's up to you to choose the level of interaction you like. We'll take you to evening concerts in the summer, give you the latest tips, share a barbecue in the garden or introduce you to our favourite associations... the choice is yours! We live on site, we work from home every day and our family is on site: it's the best guarantee of availability we can offer you. You're going to love Cancale and the surrounding area: perhaps one of the most beautiful bays in Brittany! Pointe du Grouin, Port-Mer, the oyster beds, Pointe de la Varde, Plage Du Guesclin, Île Besnard, Havre du Lupin .... - you'll be spoilt for choice, and we'll be there to guide you. Just a stone's throw from the town centre, church square, beaches such as Port Briac, and the customs path (GR34), just 300 m away, this is a very quiet area. Your home is surrounded by greenery, on the edge of the green lane on the heights of Cancale, which links us to the Rimains district. You'll be able to see the sea from your private terrace. We're located in a small, quiet cul-de-sac, and we've provided 2 parking spaces right in front of your home. You'll have no trouble manoeuvring around. You can also plug your electric vehicle into our dedicated socket. If you prefer to come by train, no problem. Cancale - La Gouesniere station is 10 minutes away, and we can pick you up at your arrival time. Others prefer to cycle. If you do, we can arrange electric bike hire with our local partners.
