Welcome to "La Belle Mer", a fully renovated 25 m² one-bedroom apartment, refurbished in 2023 and located on the first floor of a residence at the entrance to the Port de la Houle in Cancale. Access is via a historic staircase with no handrail, so the apartment is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. You will enjoy a lovely sea view and a comfortable double bed (140 x 190 cm). The apartment features high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, a Smart Ambilight TV, a Marshall speaker, an electric fireplace and a popcorn machine. A sofa bed is available for bookings of 3 guests. For bookings of 2 guests wishing to use both sleeping areas, an additional linen fee will apply. The kitchen is fully equipped, and bed linen, towels and essential household supplies are provided. Free parking is available 100 metres away, accessible via the stairs located at the foot of the building. A paid car park is also available just 50 metres away. Ideally located in the heart of the harbour, you will be within walking distance of restaurants, bakeries and the famous oyster market. The GR34 coastal path is nearby, as well as Pointe du Grouin, where you can enjoy stunning panoramic views. After booking, you will receive a digital guest guide containing all the information you need for your stay, including the key box code, parking details, restaurant recommendations and much more.
