Charming, typical Cancalaise fisherman's cottage, spread over 3 floors, ideally located facing the bay and the lively port of La Houle. All rooms enjoy exceptional sea views. The accommodation comprises: Bedroom (1st floor): 1 double bed (140x190), view of the bay, storage space. Bedroom (2nd floor): 2 single beds (90x190 cm), ideal for children or friends, sea view. Living room: cosy lounge area with view of the harbour, adjoining dining area. Kitchen: open-plan kitchen on the ground floor, equipped for preparing meals and enjoying local produce. Bathroom: shower room with shower, separate WC located on the 1st floor landing. Outside: rear courtyard completely enclosed by a high stone wall, wooden terrace, synthetic lawn area, barbecue — perfect for intimate outdoor dining. Additional facilities: outdoor furniture, basic equipment for a comfortable stay. Convenient access: shops, restaurants and coastal paths within walking distance; GR34 hiking trail in the immediate vicinity. ⚠️ Please note: the stairs are narrow and steep, typical of old fishermen's houses. Cleaning fees are included in the price and include all household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).

Cancale is a charming fishing port located on the coast of Mont-Saint-Michel Bay. Famous for its oysters and authenticity, it is an ideal starting point for exploring the region. Mont-Saint-Michel is about 45 km away and Saint-Malo is only 15 km away. The centre and port of Cancale offer numerous restaurants, shops and local markets where you can enjoy seafood specialities. The famous oysters, visible from the coast, are part of the landscape and identity of the village. The Sentier des Douaniers coastal path (GR34) passes nearby and offers magnificent walks along the cliffs and bay. Several beaches and viewpoints are accessible on foot, allowing you to fully enjoy the coastline and landscapes of the Emerald Coast.
