Levallois-Perret is very safe and one of the most expensive suburbs of Paris. 700m from Paris 17th arrondissement, the apartment is located in a quiet and well-maintained condominium next to Parc de la Planchette. More parks and forests (Bois de Boulogne) are not far away. Plenty of convenient stores and bakeries are nearby. Levallois main street with fashion brand shops is 5 minutes away on foot. Not to miss during your stay is Levallois food hall (marché couvert) selling the best of French gastronomy products. Fondation Louis Vuitton in Neuilly is 10 minutes away by Uber. Arc de Triomphe is less than 3km away or a beautiful 40-minute walk. Paris La Défense Arena (Celine Dion residency) is only 13 minutes away by Uber. The property is located 900m from the Clichy-Levallois train station (line L) and 650m from the Anatole France metro (Line 3). Just below the building, in front of the entrance, we have a bus stop for Bus 94 that goes directly to Saint Lazare, department stores: Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, Opera de Paris, Madeleine, Saint Germain des Près, Le Bon Marché, and Gare Montparnasse.
