This is a sofa bed in my living room. I also live in the apartment, in a separate bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. If you book on weekends or during French school holidays, I will most likely not be at home. 2-month cancellation policy is intended to prevent bookings from being used for visa-related purposes. However, depending on the notice period, a 50% or full refund may be offered.
