Dans des conditions sanitaires optimales, une petite maison située à moins d'1mn à pied de la gare et 10mn du centre-ville. Portail sécurisé avec 2 places de parking et garage à vélos. Parfait pour découvrir l’île d’Or, le célèbre marché ou encore les différents châteaux.
Bonjour, je m'appelle Julien et je suis le propriétaire de cette maison à la fois moderne et bien située. Il y a quelques années, je suis tombé sous le charme d'Amboise et j'aimerais pouvoir vous faire partager mon expérience. Soyez les bienvenues.
Idéalement situé à moins d'1min à pied de la gare et 10min du centre-ville où il vous faudra traverser la Loire via le Pont du Maréchal Leclerc qui vient juste d'être rénové et aménagé pour piéton, vélos et voitures. Une splendide vue du château vous attend. Maison située dans une copropriété calme de quelques logements avec portail sécurisé et 2 places de parking. Emplacement idéal proche de la Levée de la Loire pour une balade en voiture si l'envie vous prend de visiter la région. Il existe aussi la Loire à vélo qui est un circuit incontournable !
