Feel at home at my detached bungalow in this beautiful part of North Devon. The space is light and open with a calm, Scandi feel, softened by plenty of indoor plants and personal touches that make it feel like a home. At the heart of the house is an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, with large folding doors on both sides opening out to the main garden and a separate side garden perfect for enjoying the sun at all times of day. It lets the light flood in and makes it easy to drift between indoors and out on warmer days. Outside, there’s a large seating area, space to sunbathe, and a gas BBQ for long, relaxed evenings. There’s private parking at the property, and Braunton is within walking distance of shops, local cafes, independent stores and surf shops. The bus stop just outside takes you out along a beautiful winding road through Saunton and into Croyde. If you're looking for somewhere that sleeps 6-8 people in August, then I'm pleased to say there's the beautiful annexe with its own separate entrance, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor space! A lovely quiet neighbourhood with kind like minded people. Beautiful views up over the hills towards Georgeham and surrounding area. 10minute stroll into town with bars, pubs and restaurants and local markets and cafes. Braunton is fast becoming the place to be in North Devon!
