So well equipped with more than everything you could need! Games, info, biscuits, milk, tea... It was endless. We've never been to a place that is so thoughtful. Genuinely the best stay we've had.

The Pigsty is an amazing unique space that has everything, we loved it! Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Wendy but she was very responsive on the occasions that I contacted her. Wendy and Martin have great taste in the way they have furnished the place, also it was so well equipped and is in a great location too, thankyou.

What's not to like about Braunton - we would move there in a heartbeat. For a small village there are a good number of excellent eateries. There is a Tesco and Coop so you don't have to travel out with the village for necessities. Plenty of walks, cycle routes (road and trail) can be found without travelling. You can (technically) walk to the beach (at Crow Point) albeit it's safer to drive to Saunton Sands and walk, surf etc from there. Its a gem of a place to visit.

This largest village in UK was a perfect centre to explore. Barnstaple and Ilfracombe were a short distance away, with regular busses. From the Barnstaple you could catch the train to Exeter. The Tarka Trail went through Braunton for the fit and the views were amazing.

The area is quite unspoilt - it has spectacular views and is a very attractive area - plenty for the family , safe bathing - local shops are very friendly and have local produce for sale . Also a weekly market and craft fair . Be prepared for traffic in and around Braunton during the day , but it is worth it when you get there. For those interested in seeing butterflies and being close to nature , the downs are the place to explore , as well as the sand dunes . Walking the coastal paths is a must .

The house is much more spacious than the pictures show, it was spotlessly clean and lovely and warm (We visited during storm Ingrid). It couldn't be more central to all the amenities Braunton has to offer and the addition of a parking space is such a bonus as most properties don't have this available. We have friends who live in Braunton so visit often and it'll be this property we book in future!

This is a very smart and clean property, newly built. It is close in to the centre of Braunton, a 7 minute walk as we had no car. The treats and provisions are amazing and very generous. We were there over Christmas and were delighted to find a tree, lights and lots of goodies to eat and drink. It is comfortable and the heating is good. The bathroom is luxurious.

I loved staying at The Brookfield. The hosts were great and welcoming and the room was bigger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable and the whole atmosphere was really cozy. Breakfast was great and it was served in the sunny lounge. If I am ever back at Braunton I will definitely be staying there again!

A hotel of this calibre should have more than two EV charging points - I was unable to charge my car at all on the second night due to the spaces being occupied all night by the same 2 cars. This was inconvenient, as I was going home that day and had to look for a charger elsewhere.

Super cozy in a remote location exactly what we wanted. The pictures are exactly what it is in person. The view in the morning was just amazing. Super clean and tidy. Also close to braunton so doesn’t feel like you are completely in the middle of nowhere. Was just perfect
