Modern, cosy & spacious two bedroom caravan at Newquay Bay Resort. Luxury space for you to enjoy with your friends and family. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet location with no passing traffic. The caravan has a private decking with garden furniture and is the perfect sun trap! Regrettably, we do not accept dogs or any pets. Some tea, coffee and milk provided for your arrival. The caravan is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet part of the resort. The resort is close to beaches and a short drive to Newquay town. In the living room, there is a 42 inch smart TV, an electric fireplace and dining area. There is also a sofa bed tucked away in the sofa storage compartment which is a small double bed (all bedding provided). There are board games for you and your friends/family to enjoy. The living room has patio doors which open up to the decking area where there is garden furniture ... this area is a perfect sun trap! There is heating throughout the caravan. In the main bathroom there is a toilet, shower and sink and there is also an en-suite bathroom connected to the main bedroom which has a toilet and sink. The caravan can sleep a maximum of 6 guests: The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, an en suite (toilet and sink), wardrobes (including hangers), and drawers so plenty of storage. There is a TV in this bedroom where you can stream BBC Iplayer etc. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe (with some child hangers in) and additional storage above the bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay including child's tableware and cutlery. Some cleaning products, hand wash, a tea towel and oven glove are provided. The caravan has its own WiFi. Towels and bedding provided. Tea, coffee and milk provided for your arrival. Private parking space right next to the caravan Really peaceful setting within walking distance to the site facilities and only 0.5 miles from Porth beach

Newquay Bay Resort has a wide range of facilities including 2 swimming pools, one inside and one outside. This is a chargeable activity and tickets can be purchased at the reception There is a beauty salon and sauna, play park facilities for your little ones, launderette, surf hire as well as a local shop for guests. There is also an entertainment complex with restaurant and arcades to enjoy with entertainment throughout the week. Please check with the resorts reception to see what is on during your stay. Please note, during the winter months, these facilities have reduced operating hours and the local shop will be closed. The resort is close to beaches and a short drive to Newquay town.
