You will have use of a double room with en-suite shower and toilet, within mine and my partners home. We live in Large three bed detached property, on new build rural estate just outside Highbridge, Somerset. As part of your stay I can provide room service and housekeeping requests are fulfilled with no extra charge! When you are here you are welcome to use our home gym, hot tub, outside dining space as well as the reception rooms within the home, we may be here but we will welcome you as friends and share our home as family. Garden with hot tub, patio dining and a fire pit, washing drying area The room has an en-suite shower room for only guest use Parking on our private drive which is has security cameras overlooking your vehicle. I’m often at home with my partner and two dogs, I make home cooked meals which you are welcome to join us for, or you can go out and sample the local cuisine in the many restaurants and gastro pubs in the area. You are welcome to use the kitchen and living room as if it is your own. We can recommend places to go and things to do on your visit, Most of all, it’s your home stay, you do you, we are here to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We hope after one stayover you will return. The key will be in the key box which I will send the code if I won’t be at the property at the time of check in Well behaved dogs are welcome! I’m an experienced hotel housekeeper, transferring my skills to a home venture I’m a Druid, I am interested in off grid sustainability and collaborative communities, with a keen interest in nature and wildlife, when not working I like to go hill climbing and exploring the local area. We do have two female dogs! Who want cuddles a lot, so we keep them in the kitchen behind a tall dog gate, you do not have to cuddle them no matter if they whine😁 If you enjoy your favourite tipple and deep conversations in the garden on balmy evenings too hot to venture out! Quiet rural housing estate, little traffic, small community We are a 15 minute drive from Wedmore, a beautiful village with historic cottages and great food available in The Swan and The George, carry on driving another 20 minutes you’ll find Glastonbury, a sacred place where you can climb the Tor and see across Somerset all the way to the coast. Take a different route for 20 minutes you’ll find Cheddar Gorge and Caves. We are 40 mins drive up the M5 to Clifton Suspension bridge. And for sea side thrills Burnham-on-sea is a walkable distance, and Weston- super-mare is a 15 minute drive away. You can do so many things using Highbridge as a base. There is something for everyone here!
