Welcome to 'Southcot Place', the perfect place from which to explore all that beautiful Bath has to offer! Just a short stroll away from the city centre, yet set within a peaceful and quiet Georgian street, this elegant and spacious maisonette has its own private entrance and secluded garden with outdoor dining area and beautiful views of Bath. The apartment is within easy walking distance of open countryside including the Bath Skyline walk, managed by the National Trust, and the Kennet & Avon Canal path. Bath Spa train station is a 3 minute walk and the main shopping area and restaurants are 5-10 minutes on foot. The apartment sleeps a maximum of five guests, with two generous bedrooms (one with a bespoke 6'x7' bed, larger than Super King size) and one which can be configured as either two singles or one Super King size bed. One additional guest can be accommodated on a comfortable sofa bed in the main living area for an extra rate per night. There is a large lounge with period features and interconnecting kitchen and dining area with gorgeous views of Bath's rolling hills. There is a family bathroom with under floor heating and a large walk-in 'wet room' style shower plus additional WC.

This luxury holiday apartment was established in 2015 and since then we have welcomed over 800 guests to Bath. We have lived in Bath for the last 10 years and are happy to help you plan your visit - providing local knowledge to help you get the most out of your stay. We offer guests one of the earliest check in times in Bath, giving you access to the apartment from 2pm so that you can start your holiday as soon as possible! As a small family-run business we are able to offer guests the highest levels of service and will do everything we can to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

'Southcot Place' is located in a quiet area of Widcombe, in central Bath. There is plenty to see and do within a short walk from your front door. Some of our favourite attractions are the Roman Baths, Thermae Spa, No.1 Royal Crescent and the Holburne Museum. Our favourite boat trips are from the weir towards Bathampton Mill or hiring a rowing boat or punt from the Bathwick Boating Station. Only a couple of minutes walk from Southcot Place is our local high street in Widcombe with excellent cafes, deli, pub, wine bars, restaurants and shops. After exploring everything the city has to offer you can return to the peace and quiet of this apartment's location.
