2 Catherine’s City Cottage is a delightful 3 bedroomed first floor apartment that is part of a detached villa and was built on the ancient St Catherine’s Chapel site and comfortably sleeps 1-5 people. It is situated in a popular yet quiet area of Perth City Center and is just a few minutes walk to all the city center amenities. The rooms are well proportioned, bright, modern and comfortable. They are tastefully furnished and decorated ensuring the home from home comfort Clover Holidays pride themselves on. The apartment is double glazed and central heated ensuring warmth and comfort all winter, though remains cool in the sunny summer days. The property offers free onsite parking and free WiFi and during the summer months the large enclosed private garden in Catherine’s Cottage is ideal for setting up the barbecue or just lounging in the sun.
