After living in London for a number of years, we decided to take a break and move to Cape Town, South Africa to develop and manage our own boutique guesthouse. After a few years, we simultaneously developed, built and managed a second property at the seaside in Hermanus, within an hour and a half drive from Cape Town. During 2018 and 2020 we sold both properties. It was our long term plan to return to the UK, and took a few months in search of a property along the south coast and found the beautiful 27 Brighton.

Property info

27 Brighton is a small Georgian town house built in the early part of the 19th Century. As inspiration for its interior decoration, we have taken the City’s Regency heritage, seen at its most flamboyant in the Royal Pavilion. Each of our five guest rooms is named after someone or something associated with the Prince Regent, later to become King George IV, who built the Pavilion and first established Brighton as a fashionable seaside resort. We hope that you find it interesting, comfortable and relaxing. Situated in vibrant and diverse Kemp Town 27 Brighton is just 200 meters from the seafront and within a few minutes' walk of all the City’s major attractions, including the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Pier, British Airways i360 and the famous Lanes; 27 Brighton is the ideal base for your visit. Brighton is an exciting and cosmopolitan city, and whether you are here for business or pleasure we’re here to make sure that you to get the most from your stay.
