Welcome to van 188, a perfectly located static caravan for you to enjoy as you take your holiday at New Beach Holiday Park. We tried to answer, what matters to us when we are travelling, by adding small touches that really make a difference. We provide ice in summer and blankets in winter. We provide things that many forget, like hand soap, or dish soap. When guests said they would like outdoor furniture, we listened, and brought our own from home for you to use. We believe these small things matter, and we hope you find them beneficial when you stay. The location of the van was carefully chosen, as it has much more space around the van than usual, and is ideally located for access to the pool and clubhouse. Set back from the road, it is a safe area for young families, with friendly owners around you. Entering the van, the galley style kitchen leads to a spacious open-plan living area with 50" flat screen TV. The L-shaped sofa converts to a double sofa bed. The dining area comes with a free-standing table with foldable extensions and 4 chairs. The galley kitchen includes a gas hob and oven, airfryer/microwave combi, kettle, sink, fridge, crockery and cooking utensils. The master bedroom has jack-and-jill access to the bathroom, 1.5 full length wardrobes, a dressing mirror and stool, plus bedside tables and overbed cupboards. The 2 additional bedrooms are one twin and one single. All bedrooms have built-in heaters, and bedside light switches. The bathroom has a generous shower, sink and toilet. Premium WiFi is provided free of charge. We also provided a fan in hot weather, and additional heater in winter.

Hi! We are two sisters who bought the van as Lucie recovered from an injury, now offering our well-cared for and comfortable caravan for families and friends to enjoy. Living locally means support if needed is always available - we have even given guests lifts from the train station to the van, via the supermarket! It's always worth asking because if we can help, we will. Literature fans may be interested to know that one of the two sisters is published local author Nicola Hodges, and Nicola offers guests signings of her books if requested! We clean ourselves, do the admin ourselves, and truly care about your experience with us.

New Beach Holiday Park has excellent facilities, including on-site indoor swimming pool, bar/restaurant, convenience store, games arcade, launderette, separate pub also owned by the site next door, kids club activities, excellent kids park, monthly craft market, seasonal events, live sports screened in the on-site clubhouse and much more besides. Access to the pool, arcade, restaurants are all free. Some kids activities are payable locally. For access to the on-site clubhouse in the evenings, where live entertainment is on offer, access passes can be purchased directly from the park reception. Kids clubs/main entertainment run March to November. The park is situated directly opposite a miles-long stretch of sandy beach, and is a 6 minute drive/15 minute bus ride from Dymchurch village centre. Here you will find a small theme park with amusement arcades, local eateries, shops and still more stunning sandy beaches. The park is directly on a bus route. Other local attractions include: Canterbury City, Cathedral etc Folkestone Harbour, Old High Street etc Hythe High Street, Canal, rowing boat and kayak hire etc Port Lympne Wild Animal Park Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway
