Situated a stones throw from the beach, this superbly located first floor apartment has its own private parking space as well. Whichever way you go from here you will find a selection of pubs and restaurants, as well as the fantastic walk along Exmouth seafront. The Ocean complex offers kids entertainment, ten pin bowling, food and drinks. The marina is just around the corner. A further level walk takes you to the town centre where a selection of shopping and banking is also available. Welcome to our lovely seaside apartment, literally a stone’s throw from the beach, multiple restaurants, bars, and the marina. The apartment was completely renovated in January 2022, with a seaside theme, so mainly blues and seaside paintings etc., some are paintings by local artists which we acquired at the annual exhibition. I’m sure you will find this lovely apartment is a great place to enjoy your break. If you are booking for more than 4 guests, please let us know so that we can arrange to leave the sofa bed bedding.
