Private room in shared house, sharing with one man in a 3 bedrooms Semidetached house in a quiet area in Biddulph - Stoke On Trent. The loft room on the third floor as you can imagine and the stairs to the loft room is coming from the smallest room on the second floor and there is a door to that room leading you to the loft room and from that door it's all yours and you can lock that door for your own privacy. The bathroom is on the second floor and there is a small toilet on the ground floor. Polite message to my guests. As you are aware this is not a hotel room, this is a room in a quiet residential area so please respect the neighbours and respect the house rules. -No smoking -No parties -No cooking but you can use microwave. -No food or drinks in the bedroom as you are welcome to use the dining room. -Please leave your shoes in the porch. -please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. -I don't charge cleaning fee to keep the cost down for my guests, so please leave the house as you found it.
