Please enquire if you wish to bring more than 1 dog - 4 bedrooms – 1 super-king-size, 2 king-size and 1 twin - Please note the maximum occupancy at the property is 6 guests - 3 bathrooms - 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 2 en-suite shower rooms with showers and WC and 1 separate WC - Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, cafetiere, fridge/freezer and dishwasher - Utility with washing machine and tumble dryer - High chair and travel cot available - Please note care should be taken on the internal staircase, young children should be supervised - There is a dog guard for the top of the stairs, but young children should still be supervised - Smart TV in the lounge - Enclosed garden with paved patio, balcony and furniture - Balcony furniture is stored away in Winter months but can be requested to be put out before arrival - Space for canoe and paddleboard storage - Private driveway parking for 3 cars - Cars must be parked in the dedicated parking area (not in the turning area) - It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles at the property - Beach, shop and pub under 1 mile - Golf Course nearby Host Terms & Conditions The Travel Chapter Limited, trading as “holidaycottages·co·uk”, acts as agent for the property owner.
