A fully refurbished 1890s 2 bedroom entire home, beautifully furnished and well equiped throughout that can accomodate for long term lettings and short term stays for up to 6 guests with a lovely 2 tier rear garden and a parking space suitable for large and small vehicles next door at the grovesnor arms.
42 Handbridge is located on the main highstreet of Handbridge. Offering plenty of local amenities from laundrette, coffee shops, cafes and petrol station.
Upstairs has a very spacious main bedroom with (king) bed, full size mirror and floating vanity unit, twin single room and bathroom with huge bath and l.e.d mirror. Towels and fresh linen provided.
Openplan downstairs with unique dinning table which easily converts into pool table and ping pong, Fast wifi, 48inch smart tv + soundbar, comfy double sofa bed and open electric fire.
Please note that bedding for sofa bed is only provided for bookings with more than 4 guests, unless requested in advance.
Kitchen is fully equipped with, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffe maker, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, microwave and all utensils. Complementary tea, coffee and sugar.
We are just a short 1 minute walk away from the city centre and close to chester racecourse, tourist attractions and the River Dee.
Easy access to major road networks and chester bussiness park.
