Our 3 bedroom luxury brand new lodge is the ideal place to holiday with family or friends located in Park Dean Newquay, Cornwall. Situated in a newly developed, prestigious, quiet road housing only luxury lodges. 42 Maple View is front row so has stunning, unobstructed countryside and sea views. With modern furnishings and comforts the lodge is the perfect place to relax! There are plenty of great facilities onsite for all the family to enjoy including Pirate Crazy Golf, Clip and Climb Ropes, Bungee Trampolines and Bear Grylls Survival. There is a brand new restaurant, bar and outdoor entertainment area. We are conveniently located close to many stunning beaches, attractions and Newquay. Our private drive takes 2 cars. The south facing terrace has a gas bbq with outside table and chairs. Inside the living area is open plan. As you enter you can leave your shoes and hang your coats in the large utility cupboard. The washing machine/dryer is found here The kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to dine in and there is a large dining table with comfortable chairs. The flame effect fire is cozy on a chilly evening in the well furnished lounge which has modern, comfortable sofas and armchair as well as a 50inch TV. There is full central heating The master bedroom has a large double, comfortable bed, TV, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. The two other bedrooms have large twin beds and a TV. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. There is private WIFI

It is just a few minutes walk from the lodge to use the onsite facilities including heated outdoor pools or perhaps enjoy a show in the entertainment venue, there is often a children's disco so the kids can have a dance. Maybe have fun with all the family and book a round of Crazy Golf. The children like to be challenged on the Clip and Climb ropes or bounce on the bungee trampolines. There is also a craft hut if the children want to be more peaceful and creative. Please note passes to use onsite facilities including pools and entertainment venue are not included. Passes can be purchased from Parkdean reception on arrival. The passes last for the duration of your stay. Other activities eg crazy golf can be paid for separately. It is not necessary to purchase passes to use the restaurant, bar or food kiosks. Some guests just wish to explore the local area enjoying many stunning beaches, picturesque towns or family attractions using the accommodation as a base. Many guests have enjoyed their visit to The Eden project or a tour of Bodmin Jail. I enjoy a day out at Newquay Zoo or Aquarium. Lappa Valley Steam Railway is a must. When the sun is shining head for the beach, you can even book a surf lesson at Fistral. Fancy a special evening meal out or a tasty Sunday lunch then The Plume of Feathers in Mitchell or the The Two Clomes in Quintrell Downs always go down and treat.
