Welcome to 47 Northwood, our home from home. We love using it! Yes, we stay here too so it is equipped with everything that we need. I'd say within 30 minutes of arriving we have completely relaxed. So we thought we'd share our little haven of calm with you. A place to switch off and unwind, to catch up with friends, to explore the countryside, to enjoy yourself! On entering 47 Northwood, you will see the kitchen, dining and living areas. Kitchen: Complete with gas oven and hob, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and wine chiller. Dining: Comfortably seats four. Set against the large windows facing south. Living: A relaxing space with a smart TV, built in speakers, electric fire, sofa bed and two armchairs. The corridor leads to the Master bedroom with ensuite. Off the corridor is the second bedroom and bathroom. Master Bed: King size bed, bed linen & towels, dressing area, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Ensuite: Towels, basic toiletries available for use. Bed 2: Twin room / Double room, bed linen & towels, wardrobe. Bath 2: Towels, basic toiletries available for use. There is a wrap around decking, which helps catch the sunshine all day long and into the evening. There is outdoor furniture, seating four. An additional two recliner chairs are stored and available for use. Other things to note: 47 Northwood is dog friendly, we have a fur baby. We can accommodate 1 small dog, please request this in advance of booking. There are some basic items for use: spare slip lead, poo bags, food / water bowls. There is a green blanket to protect the furniture from fur. If you prefer to bring your own items, please do! Your dog may prefer familiar things when relaxing! We do ask that: - you bring your dog's bed / crate; - dog's are kept out of the bedrooms. The park has a 'on lead' policy for all dogs. There are plenty of bins around for dropping off the poop bags.

I'm a Cocker Spaniel owner, so maybe that says it all... haha! I genuinely care about the guest experience and approach it with an "if I was the guest, how would this make me feel" perspective. If I'm not feeling it, how can I expect anyone else to... and that's what makes it worthwhile! I love to travel and, along with my love, I'm making my way around the world, one foodie adventure at a time.

Lilliardsedge Holiday park has an on-site bar, restaurant, take away, play park, golf course and laundrette. They have recently upgraded the Tavern Takeaway and Tavern Treats outlets and the playpark is being upgraded as of April 2026, with completion in Summer 2026. Nearby is Monteviot gardens and Harestanes. There is an excellent adventure playground at Harestane's as well as the most wonderful café Out There Artisan serving delicious food and coffee. Situated perfectly to visit the Borders Abbeys, the Borders Abbeys Way is a popular walking route. Alongside this, there is also St. Cuthbert's Way and the Southern Upland Way, just to name a few local routes.
