Entering our ninth season, with a small number of rooms, we are able to offer an exceptional level of service: whether you want to be left alone or given suggestions on what to do in the local area, we are on hand to make sure you feel at home from home.

Property info

A small hotel / B&B in a newly renovated victorian property built in 1891 retaining many period features, with lovely high ceilings, period coving, architrave and fire places. With only 5 rooms, all tastefully decorated to a high standard, with Egyptian cotton bedsheets and towels, comfy deep mattresses, large windows and all en-suite mean you might not want to get out of bed . Breakfast - this can be booked separately. There is self service of cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurt and fruit juice on the breakfast bar. Plus a small menu where guests select one option from pancakes with a topping or pastries or something on toast, Unfortunately, due to owner allergies, we cannot accept animals.

Neighborhood info

Just 10 minutes stroll through Shelley Park to the beautiful sandy beaches. Five minute walk from Bournemouth O2 Academy and two minutes from Boscombe's pedestrianised shopping area (Sainsbury's, Primark, Boots, etc.). Ten minute walk through King's Park from the Vitality stadium for Premiership Football and five minutes for the Bournemouth Park Run (every Saturday morning at 09:00), which is also the start for the Half and Full marathon as part of the running festival in October.
