The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and a TV. There is a double and a twin bedroom, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a multi-tier rear garden, along with off-road parking for one car, and additional roadside parking. Within 1.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Enjoy a relaxing escape to North Wales at 6 Maen Y Wern. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There are steps in the garden; please take care. Note: At the rear of the property there is a short flight of steps leading up the garden which is approx. 6 feet above the patio.
