64 Waterside is located in the heart of Lanivet in a wonderful holiday park in Cornwall. It has three bedrooms including a king-size with an en-suite, and two twins, one with an en-suite. In total, the property has three bathrooms, and can sleep up to six people. The open-plan living space is a great area for the family to get together and relax with a home-cooked meal whilst cosying up around the large stone fire. Outside is a private patio with a picnic bench, amongst a variety of fun activities available for everyone on the complex. 64 Waterside is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for an action-packed adventure. Property only accepts a minimum of 7 nights during winter months. The bar, restaurant and swimming pool will close on 29th October for the remainder of the season. We plan to keep the gym open however, this will be dependent on any further potential works that may be planned in for the main building over the coming winter months. Please note: This property does not accept month long bookings.

A little village just West of Bodmin, Lanivet is home to a vareity of beautiful properties and scenic locations to sit amongst while indulging on award-winning fish and chips from the local restaurant. There is lots in the town of Bodmin to explore in terms of tourist activities, but also to get close to nature in the countryside of Cornwall.
