We have 7 rentals and are very much home from home and well equipped for you to enjoy a stress free holiday. This is a self catering holiday. We sign a sub letting and unfortunately we have to follow the rules. Failure to comply with the rules of the site will result in our sub letting agreement been cancelled. No workman allowed No commercial vehicles allowed No hen/stags parties parties No same sex groups allowed (all females or males 3or more are classed as a group) Minimum age 21+ Passes are optional if you choose to buy direct from Unity Beach reception they will not sell you passes for the day of arrival. If we purchase passes on your behalf it has to be for the duration of your stay and for all guests.

We have a 6 berth Castleton caravan with 3 bedrooms self catering Central location near to shops i.e cost cutter chip shop and launderette and close to RJs entertainment venue the hire centre and food outlet also a short walkaway to swimming pool eateries club house market Theme Park, Golf course & fishing lake We have side decking plus enclosed large garden with several seating areas and Parking for two vehicles in front of caravan. No commercial vehicles or vans allowed or sign written as per Unity Beach. They will accept only if you have rear side windows. Open plan living room Kitchen/dinning area Hallway leading to family bathroom with shower 3 bedrooms In the main bedroom, you will find a double bed, dressing table wardrobes and hair dryer and en-suite with a toilet and wash hand basin only 2nd bedroom, there are two single beds bedside cabinet & wardrobe and wall cupboards 3rd bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and wall cupboards There are one and half bathrooms. The family bathroom and a en suite of the main bedroom and this has only a toilet and wash hand basin. No shower No Pets/no smoking Key release from 4.00pm from key box at the property. Message will be sent 15 minutes before arrival via email with the key safe code and details. 10.00am keys to be returned to key box. (early check in available at an additional cost) Passes are optional if purchased will allow access to the entertainment venue and discounts around the holiday period. Passes if required to be paid direct to host before holiday commences. Quilts & pillows are provided 4 pillows on double bed and 1 on each single bed. Guests can bring their own linen. please make sure to bring sufficient bed linen for your needs. There is a children’s playground free parking at the caravan. Electric car charging station outside the supermarket on site. Your guest passes are optional and allow, free entry into the entertainment venue RJS located by reception half price swimming half price soft play and discounts for the Theme Park and Golf. To book swimming please use Brean Splash web page. Passes if purchased will give you discount soft play area for littles ones, discounted swimming, discounted Theme Park. There is a golf course that your passes also give you a discount. Free fishing on site but you will need a fishing licience. You have a mini market, chip shop, laundrette and car charging station. You also have a bike/go carts various other items wheel chairs etc and a Chinese takeaway. Large children’s play area for all ages The swimming pool area also has Bar & Restaurant indoor/outdoor seating area entertainment no passes for this venue needed open to all. The weekend markets are also in the same area as well as the fair and golf course. There is also a large fishing lake located in Yellow Field (fishing license required) Plenty to do on site. Off site you have the beach opposite the holiday park just cross the road. For an additional you may want to park on the beach entirely up to you. Then you have the main road entertainment food eateries arcades pubs and restaurants. You also have a bus service on the main road to Burnham on sea or Weston-Super-Mare
