1 Admirals View is a one bed apartment on Holbeck Hill overlooking Scarborough's South Bay towards the castle headland. The property has level access from the car park at the rear of the property along with the use of two parking spaces.

Neighborhood info

Holbeck Hill is an area of south cliff which is predominantly residential with a small number of second and holiday homes. There is a regular bus service that runs from just outside Admirals View straight up and down West Street to and from the town.
