Areawest operates a supported automated self-check-in system and instructions will be sent prior to arrival. The cardholder will need to ensure that a mobile number is provided to receive a self-check-in text message sent on the day of arrival, before the earliest check-in time. Codes will be also sent by email for guests with international mobile numbers. In emergencies, only the card holder can obtain the self-check-in codes by calling the contact details on the booking confirmation between 15:00-20:00

Bedding is provided free of charge, but beds are not made up for environmental reasons. Guests are encouraged to bring their own bedding and reuse it.

To keep room rates low and for environmental reasons, room cleaning costs are a GBP 5 per hour for guests who do not want to do basic cleaning as they go along (wiping surfaces, sweeping floor and recycling).
