Alendale Guest house Guest House is located near the Pier Bandstand, a pleasant short walk from the shops and restaurants of the town center. Free parking is available and free Wi-Fi can be accessed in the guest rooms. The Grade II listed, Georgian building has comfortable guest bedrooms equipped with a flat-screen TV, an private bathroom, generous hospitality trays and ironing facilities. We realised our dream to run a bed and breakfast when we took over the Alendale Guesthouse at the end of May 2016. This was a complete change of profession for us both, which was driven by our desire for us and our young family to live by the sea, our love of Weymouth, and our desire run a successful and friendly guest house. Wanting to give a friendly and homely stay experience means that we will strive to make your stay so memorable!

Property info

Waterloo Place was constructed in the Georgian/Regency period, the early 1800's. Whilst it was at first homes for the gentry, Waterloo Place has a varied past from becoming a hospital for the American Forces during WW2 to being in individual ownership meeting the demand of Weymouth's booming tourism. The Alendale Guesthouse offers a homely experience, providing a friendly atmosphere, clean comfortable rooms and free on-site car parking to the rear of our home.

The Alendale Guesthouse is located on Waterloo Place, which is 2 minutes to the Pier Bandstand, the Beach and Ocean. Greenhill is located less and 5 minutes walk and Weymouth Town being around 10 minutes.
