We are just a two minute walk from the main street of Gorseinon which has a number of pubs bars and restaurants . The bus stop is outside the apartments which go to Swansea and Llanelli. A ten minute drive from the M4 Motorway, Junction J47. Well placed for exploring the Gower beaches and Wales Coastal Path. Conveniently located for Swansea or further afield, Cardiff and West Wales by car or train A large building with 6 separate rooms available. When selecting a room the pictures have been paired with the room you are selecting, please get in touch if you want a specific room. Please note the property is across two floors and you may need to climb stairs to reach your studio apartment. There is no lift in this property.

It was a small village until the late 19th century when it grew around the coal mining and tinplate industries. It is situated in the north west of Swansea City Centre, around 6 miles. Gorseinon still maintains it's local village feel with modern retail shops on the high street such as your local supermarkets.
